Membership Dues

Membership dues are $1,000 per year, due at signing, or $100 per month with $100 due at signing. Services purchased under this contract are for a term of 12 (twelve) months, subject to the terms and conditions provided within this agreement.

Conduct

Respectful, appropriate, and courteous behaviour is required on the premises at all times. CHG reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke membership for conduct deemed detrimental to the community, at its sole discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel this membership without penalty under the following conditions:

• Until you receive a fully executed copy of this contract — upon cancellation you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
• Within 48 hours of signing this contract and receiving a fully completed copy — upon cancellation you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
• All new memberships are subject to a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $100.00, prorated based on the member's enrollment date relative to the current billing cycle.

Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize CHG to collect membership dues via automatic draft from the bank account or payment card provided at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available. Any returned or failed payment may result in a suspension of membership access until resolved.

Governing Law

This membership will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising based on this agreement will be decided by arbitration only, brought exclusively in the Courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
