1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Curated Hospitality Group website, platform, or any associated services (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Curated Hospitality Group (CHG) operates a private membership platform providing access to curated venues, private events, and member services. Membership is by invitation or application only. CHG reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access member features you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify CHG immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. CHG cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Membership & Fees

Membership is subject to the payment of annual dues as outlined at the time of application. Dues are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. CHG reserves the right to modify membership fees with reasonable prior notice. Failure to maintain current dues will result in suspension of access to member benefits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service. Scraping, automated access, or reproduction of Service content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Curated Hospitality Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of CHG.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Member Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. CHG does not sell personal data to third parties.

8. Payments & Third-Party Processors

Payment processing is handled by Square. By making a payment through the Service, you agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms. CHG does not store full card details. All transactions are processed securely through Square's hosted payment infrastructure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CHG makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHG disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if CHG has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CHG's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CHG in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

CHG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or the Member Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

CHG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
